Bonogin Valley Bulls
The Bonogin Valley Cricket club was founded in September 2017 and is the newest addition to the Gold Coast Cricket landscape.
With a strong community focus, Bonogin Valley Cricket Club is quickly becoming a destination club for those members of the community that have been lost to the sport of Cricket and are looking to return in a more social environment or new and existing residents who are looking to become more involved in the community.
Throughout 2017/18 the Bonogin Valley Cricket Club has built a strong presence within the local community based on its core values. (Integrity, Sportsmanship, Encouragement, Team Spirit and Enjoyment)
For the 2023/24 season, Bonogin Valley Cricket Club are fielding 5 Senior Men’s Grade Cricket teams (a 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th grade, and an over 40’s side) in the Cricket Gold Coast Competition, an under 10, 12, 14, & 17’s Team in the Cricket Gold Coast Junior Competition, and 3 x Last Man Stands teams.
The Bulls are now based at Frank Chasten Oval, Worongary Rd, Gilston.

BULLS SECURE PREMIERSHIP VICTORY
MARCH 10th 2024
We extend our heartfelt congratulations to our Over 40s team for their triumphant victory over Tamborine Mountain CC today at Choice Homes Oval. They successfully chased down the target of 101 runs with 8 wickets and 69 balls to spare. The Bulls demonstrated outstanding performances both with the bat and the ball, notably Nick Stone who was bestowed with the Man of the Match accolade for his resilient 50 not out from 59 balls during the chase. Additionally, John de van der Schueren’s contribution of 33 off 85 balls played a crucial role in guiding his teammates towards victory. The bowling department showcased remarkable skill with Simon Neale securing figures of 3/15 (6.1 overs), Bulls Skipper Dean Mangold claiming 3/21 (6 overs), and Greg Daven contributing with 2/9 (6 overs). Their collective effort ensured success for the team on the day.”
